Multi-Point Inspection: Engine Cooling System - Fail

I had the dealership do a Multi-Point Inspection on my 2013 GTI. In the Underhood section of the Fluid Level box, the Engine Cooling System is marked as Failed. What actions should I take based on this finding?

Start by asking the dealer what failed and why. Without that info, we can't offer much help.

If you open the hood and check the level it’s probably below the low limit.
