Well I have not gotten up to the canyons yet and after driving it around for a while and just testing on wide sweeping on and off ramps and once out to a very twisty road. You seem to be able to throttle your way through a corner much more now without scrubbing speed and it exits hard and the only thing you wish for is more power than stage 1 as the car could take advantage of it. I am able to exit a corner so hard you can feel a little lightness in your head as you finish, have not felt that since my 911 days where you throttle through a turn to maintain traction. It is very impressive and I am only on All Season Contis. I can hardly wait to switch to a stickier tires and add a couple degrees of neg camber. Also happy with the re-valved coilovers and bigger rear sway, as they also contribute nicely to the attitude of the car through the corner.hows the haldex controller feel though?
Thanks for the headsup, Fixed the setting. Should be able to send me a message now. Not blocking you.Unable to PM you. The system states that your profile does not allow private messages. (Maybe you blocked me? )
Do these air deflectors attached to the front part of the lower control arms? Also, can you share the part number(s) for these?Another side project -
Going to put some Audi air deflectors on the front to help keep calipers cool.
I will post when i get them installed.Do these air deflectors attached to the front part of the lower control arms? Also, can you share the part number(s) for these?
Oh hell no, nor is all the stuff I have done but the next owner will love it, Its just fun stuff for me to do.Is it worth it to get it repainted?
(especially if you're thinking about getting rid of it)
IIRC, the 2008 has the Tremec 3650 trans and 2009 has a higher capacity dry sump. Other things like the steering wheel and fobs are also updatedNot much left to do...... just take to paint shop next month.
Car runs beautifully, everything done, time to sell and get another project.
I have had the car about 1 year and have only put 2700 miles on it. Probably because I have spent more time doing stuff to it. Thinking about moving to a used 987 Boxster S, 2006/07 Z06 or maybe a MK7 R DSG
