No exhaust rear valance

I am wondering if there is such a thing. I would like to replace my OEM rear valance with one that has no holes. I'm removing the muffler from my TDI and just doing turndown tips on my exhaust.

Anyone know of anything out there, or will it be a custom fiberglass fabrication type thing?

In the UK the 1.2 litre TSi S comes with a diffuser with no holes. Maybe you can source one of a TSi?

I like the look of the rear valance without exhaust cutouts, but for MK6 I believe you would need to have it custom made.

My MK4 had a solid valance with turndown tips, and with a magnaflow exhaust there was a LOT of drone.

You have to plastic weld a piece that you cut from another valance in to make it flush with no holes

Exactly. If you have never done plastic welding or plastic repair (google Fusor Plastic Repair) then you may want to have one or two spare valances around.

Or, you can find a skilled body shop that can handle custom work and have them do it for you. The final product will have to be painted to cover the fill as well, obviously.
