Had one with a couple different set-ups. The noise pipe itself is the best solution for keeping the noise pipe plug where it belongs. I put the nut from a noise plug through my old hood under high boost. Literally.

Will the Tiguan Pipe not fit?

It will, but I'm not really concerned with looks under the hood. It functions as I believe it should. Just my opinion.

The pipe is blocked off, all that matters to me.

The Tiguan pipe is the one to get for the TSI. The A3 noise delete pipe is the one to get for the FSI. Or other aftermarket solutions.

It's an AEM DryFlow, not the standard K&N that comes with the intake. It's grey.
