Questions about an android aftermarket head unit

hi, brand new here so I hope I'm in the right place. I just purchased a bineze android 10.1 inch head unit and I bought a scosche adapter to connect to the factory wire harness. I got it all wired up and the thing won't turn off when i turn the vehicle off. I can't seem to figure out what to do to fix this issue. I've seen online something about a can bus i believe but I feel mentally exhausted at this point to where I'm not sure what that is any more ha ha. I also see that there isn't a dimmer wire on the factory harness, I've seen some post where they splice the dimmer light switch wire or even the fuse box. I hope someone has figured this out because I can't seem to find enough info on this particular car to help me out. Thanks in advanced, I hope lol

Sounds like you swapped the switched, and constant power wires. Double check that you don't have the red and yellow wires swapped.

Did you ever get this figured out? I assume GIJoe's reply above was right.

Trigger wire must have been set somewhere that wasn't a switched power source.

Did it come with a wiring diagram? If you have a multi-meter its usually not too hard to track down a switched 12v source.

The last android unit I bought came with a harness, but there was a red wire with a disconnect I had to unplug for it to turn off. Took me a minute to figure it out.
