I have the file for the AF radios on my computer. I can email it to you, but you need VCDS to be able to install it. When the AE version comes out I can send it to anyone who wants it also.

That would freakin awesome. Would greatly appreciate getting the AE file when available.
Is it an easy process to install with VCDS?

Yes, you just go to adaptation and put the radio in developer mode then insert the sd card and let it install.

Has anyone tried the AF file installed on an AC?

I'm curious to know if this could make the mute button into a phone button?

I doubt it. It's probably not going to install since the AC has a SW # that is higher than the AF.

Considering the bulletin put out with the SW states not to install it on anything other than AF because it may cause damage you're probably on your own.

Just buy an AE or AF and sell yours.

Just knocked this out on my lunch break and it 100% fixes the issues with BT volume AND the mono streaming issue.

AF has HD radio and the phone button/screen to use with bluetooth. AC is the version without HD radio or the phone screen. They have different startup screens also.
