 I think all of us who went K04 couldn't resist feeling the power. I made it about 3 miles and had to do a quick run. As long as the clutch is engaged it will be fine, I've had my clutch and K04 for about 10k now with no problems.

I made it to 400 miles before hitting full boost. I have OCDish tendencies though, so I had to do it that way.

All said though, its amazing how much my clutch was slipping and I didn't know about it. I mean, the big slips were obvious. The truth be told, mine was slipping just about all the time. My car pulls harder now :happyanim:

exactly the same for me.. It felt like it was pulling hard before, but after the new clutch, I realized it was never fully engaged, and felt way soft before. Now it's clamped in and pulls like a freight train

I went 400 city miles on my CM before it got the best of me and mine is strong as can be.

it's hard guys.... I can't wait until the break in period is over......... I have to get through it before winter/snow hits Toronto (Canada) >_< I don't drive my GTI during winter...

I avoid highway driving as much as possible but I still attempt to go through all the gears, 1st to the 6th... as smooth as possible, smoothly letting go of the clutch and vice versa

I aim to get 10 - 25 KM local driving per day, of course it has to be done before or after my work shift... since I live close by the office.
