Is it possible to get ahold of one of these stickers and ship it to the U.S.?

In Germany that is a controlled item. Not easy to obtain. For your car? Decoration??

Yeah it would be for my car and decoration. i was able to get another sticker that means "we support our police department"

It is issued with our registrations to show which emissions requirements the car meets.

Does anyone know where I can get one of those "P1 license" that the under 18-21 drivers have to have?
