No tracking at all. Curiously this GTI even is a Lady's car and the Stoptech kit had
been installed at an official Volkswagen retailer/garage. Fortunately it happened at
town speed.
I will ask the mechanic this evening how long since install.

BTW, to me it seem this bracket has been cast instead of machined from billet. Am
I right?

I wonder if it was overtorqued though.. seriously. Most dealers and many shops seem to... "over do" shit like that.

A solid piece of metal shouldn't snap like that due to "torque" the bolts should snap/shear first.

That is a clear production defect.
