Yeah that's how mine was. The night I went stage 2 I did a test pull and it slipped. Could never lay all the power down without it slipping and my clutch had less then 50k miles on it.

I did 13,000 miles and a dozen or so track days on the stock clutch with Stg2 in my GTI before trading it in.

Never slipped once. Never rode the clutch and rev matched downshifts 100%.

Sometimes I feel like I am the only one. LOL
