I like that people are looking at this but I'm not sure these numbers are accurate. Nonetheless, everyone has been screwing us since the Bill Clinton administration. I believe 80% of dollars in circulation were printed under Biden, which is why inflation is so bad. Adjust your graph for inflation (real inflation and not government made up numbers) and Biden's total is much much higher.

Oh wow thanksAlso, Clinton balanced the budget and left office with a surplus, so that probably wasn't the best example.
The graph can't be adjusted for inflation. However, the deficit has a significant influence on inflation which is why it is such a major issue.
Cocktail napkin math if 80% of dollars were printed in the last 4 years, our money is worth 20% of what we had in 2020...Also, Clinton balanced the budget and left office with a surplus, so that probably wasn't the best example.

Trumps 8.4*.20= $1.68T now Biden is more than 2x worse.
Do you have the printer numbers from the "Federal Reserve"... do you think they accurately report what they are really printing? It used to be backed by gold, now it's backed by nothing but hopes and dreams. Petro dollars are going away and other countries buy oil in other currencies. The 80% figure is not real, it's probably something that came from Twitter. Regardless, I don't think Biden is better. However, the data shows that Trump is not fiscally conservative, at all. So we have sacrificed numerous conservative values, and our future economy, in the name of fighting a culture war.
