I have reached out to APR in the past. They said 0.028” and I’m only high torque 93 Stage 1 w/ CAI.
You might see better top end power if you do.Mabey I'm running to big of a gap at 0.032" which I think is the stock (VW factory) gap. I am APR stage 2 should I regap them all?

I don't know why they include those....I'm pretty sure those are older/MK4 parts
You can reuse what you have though (the bump stop is attached to the rear plastic boot that slides up into the OEM rear shock mount), or buy new ones:
