I'll call his bluff, as when bully's make that sort of threat it means they are up against it.....which he is, in terms of loss of military hardware & manpower, & economic hardships, & more of the population speaking out about the "special operation"...

Conversely if "Russia has barely started its action in Ukraine." then WTF did they allow themselves to loose so much hardware/manpower in the early days & have to retreat from the outskirts of Kyiv??

I call bluff.....

"Barely started" is the only way they could possibly justify their failure without admitting incompetence. The only alternative is dropping the strongman facade, they're backed into a corner in that way too.

Russia launches its long overdue special sub which happens to be the biggest sub in the world......this thing operates outside the normal Russian Navy chain of command due to its status..so deniability from the forces...answers directly to political/gov lot....& having 6 big feck off drone torpedoes with nukes on board...& a mini sub to go interfere/hack/cut into the subsea data cables......
