I ran into a VW new car salesman who did not know how to open the hatch. Spent several minutes looking for a release in the cabin, glove box, on the remote, etc.

My salesman was tied up on delivery day so he had a colleague do the delivery. Young guy(mid 20's) knew everything about the car. I was very familiar with mostly everything except the bluetooth setup and nav. He walked me through it all showing me all the neat features and tips. It's no wonder his name was on the top of the sales chart.

That poor GTI was sold to someone. There is someone, somewhere, who purchased a "new" car, without realizing the salesperson had jumped on his doors and slammed the heck out of them..

Pulled up to the dealer to pick up coolant flange for my mk4, Parked in front of the dealer and aired out like soo..

Sales man came outside, and said i have to move it because it was misleading to potential customers thinking other mk6's came with wheels and "lowering springs" like mine. ( i laughed so hard when he said lowering springs )
