Urgent help: Power loss on my MK6R

Hi guys

I'm having issues on my MK6R.

I had error p310b and serious loss of power.
To tey to solve the issue, I changed:

Fuel filter (from dealer 6.6 bar)

Fuel sensor on the HPFP with one from another car
A new HPFP (was upgrading already so thought to try now as well)

Reflashed the tune (stage 2 unitronic for 2 years already).

Check Fuel pump half cycle. Idles at 50% and when pushed during a run it goes to 91% (that should be ok that LPFP is working fine..right?)

Any thoughts on what to check next. Seriously desperate

Hard to diagnose online but you have checked most of the boxes of possible cause, why not check the most obvious one. If you have a friend that will allow you to swap LPFP out of his/her car, that is what I would try next. Idle duty cycle seems high, seems I recall it being around 35%.

That is my last resort... but i read 50% is ok for the duty cycle... and 90% when pushing the car is a question for me...very unsure now

Have you noticed a change in how the car starts up when cold (having sat overnight). With an LPFP going out you might notice that the car doesn't start right up like it used to, it might have to crank a bit more than before.

It starts fine. Maybe half a second delayed tan usual.. maybe even not... i feel it's the same.
Any check to know it other than swaping?

More description of the issue?

Any easy place to check for restriction is the soft low pressure hose running into your HPFP. Mine had a small piece of debris in it that caused a loss of fuel pressure at high demand. Duty cycles looked fine, but that small obstruction caused some serious issues. Fixed with a replacement piece of hose that cost a few cents.

I flashed my car MK6R with Stage 2HPFP flash. car is running very poor. I had Revo on the car to test only and now switching back to my original Unitronic tune while upgrading looks very frustrating.
Revo delivered 290 AWHP which is still low, I feel something is wrong with the car but I have no errors and have checked almost everything.
Unitronic delivered 250 AWHP!
so I want to troubleshoot this issue and want to know where to start.
advises please. also logs are available and I can log more if you want me to log something specific. the car is throwing zero codes.
other issue is that there is a big dip in the curve at around 3500 RPM.

Some info here. I'm in a 2013 MK6R K04, Forge intake and 3 inch downpipe.I'm running Unitronic Stage 2+ tune (93 octane). have an issue that boost kicks in and then it just seems to die off. My boost gauge shows that boost touches 20-21psi and then just constantly drops until it's dropped to about 12psi. From looking at the logs, it appears that's not the case, but I'm wondering why I see that on the boost gauge. N75 seems to drop off early (or be all over the place). And on two of my runs, my throttle valve angle went to about 50% after boost kicked in even though the accel pedal was pegged the whole time.

any thoughts? my car is running like crap

And btw once i changed the fuel filter, the fuel pressure fault never came back. So I'm guessing I'm having air /boost issue now only.
Fuel rail pressure is at 130 when car is floored. No issues

The data log is showing the run was done not at full throttle all of the time with the valve angle data it shows.
WGDC is not normal as well. It should, if at full throttle from 2k rpm, reach over 90% and then taper down.

Post another log...hold it at full throttle from 2k rpm to redline. You can do a 2nd gear pull if 3rd gear speed of 90mph is unsafe for you.

Hi

This was full throttle but for some reason the car responds by closing thr throttle.
I changed my waste gate actuator to the forge one and now the issue is resolved. Looks like something was wrong with the original one somehow. Not sure though how or why it happened as it's a very uncommon failure
