Yesterday I swapped out my R8 coils (no idea the mileage on 'em) for APR's new coilpacks. I've been having an incredibly sporadic stumbling that I haven't been able to track. Bunch more exposition on my build thread.
Oil change and cam follower on the R. Cam follower had no wear signs on the cam side, some wear signs on the pump side. I bought a stud conversion kit for it but didn't install it yet.
Oil change and warranty work on the Wagon tomorrow.
Oil change on the Wrangler.
Drove it 3 hours round trip to see the leaves changing with the girlfriend in her MK6 GLI 30th, had a great time and 67 degrees was perfect. Boost Season for sure!
Had all 4 sway bar end links replaced @ 92000 mi. The rubber bushing in passenger rear was all loose and sounding like a bell when ever I went over a bump.

I fixed the mystery creaking noise after replacing my shocks!!! I was driving and had to hit a few railroad tracks and it suddenly seemed to be getting much worse. I pulled over and popped the hatch and the spare tire hold down was loose af. I just couldn't figure out how I had messed up such an easy job lmao...

Dude, it's always the dumb shit. I was chasing a weird rattle in my pass. side that happened all the time on the highway. Checked several things, wracked my brain for months. Turns out it was the bluetooth module beneath the seat that was rattling in its foam holder.

Nope, the module just kinda sits inside the foam piece, almost loosely "clipped in", and the foam piece is loosely attached to the carpet under the seat with some weak velcro.
