Wheel humming noise on smooth road inside a tunnel

I have been hearing a humming noise near the right front wheel. Interesting, this only happens on a smooth road inside a tunnel occasionally.
Any idea what it might be? I have changed tires and wheel bearings but the noise is still there.

Could be the tire, maybe it's cupped
