Whiteline KCA472 Roll center/camber ball joints

My lose your gain. I bought some whiteline kca472 roll center / camber ball joints and they don’t fit because of my Stoptech bbk due to clearance (see pictures). They were installed and then removed. They cost me $205 + shipping but if someone can use them I will sell them for $150.

For those coming here through google I have 355mm ST40 BBK and aluminum Passat knuckles.

These are very tight fit for me, a little touch of the inner rotor radius for certain LCA angles (bump travel).

Will update this post after the install.

@aspro_gti, I'll create a separate topic later, but they seem to fit.

At least on static ride height there is 1 to 2mm gap:

And I did file an edge off (very little material) so that it won't catch the inner rotor radius when arm is going up.

TBH not sure if that was needed at all because, to (potentially) catch the edge, shock has to be way up in the strut tower.
I wish I could check, but my springs are already back on colivers, and I want to get this thing back on the road again.

So you have the passat knuckles which change the geometry a bit more (ball joint closer to rotor) and do you have a stock LCA?
I also don't even know what car this is.

My brake kit 17z (330mm) is being assembled (will take a few months to arrive) and I've also got whiteline ball joints. Will also see the clearance and drop a pic. I have no problem with shaving material.

I'm going to be on stock LCAs and stock GTI spindle/knuckle (2012 vw gti).
