The custom stratified tunes will not work/does not transfer over. Each tune I tailored for the owner. You running a tune that was for someone else car may/probably will cause issues with you car and can possibly turn a $100 flash tune to $1000 repair. Just be safe and get yourself your own tune or run the cobb ots untill you get the custom tune.
Stratified also states this on their website. Just have to read man.
