Dongle works just fine for me after most recent update..fyi. I was having the same issues through recent iOS updates. APR sorted out the bugs with last update.

Like previously mentioned, every 3rd pull back on washer stalk will activate them. Obviously they're a lot harder to notice at hwy speeds than parked.:D

Try something like goo gone? Tissue wrapping wouldn't or shouldn't be sticky, but highly doubt it's going to do anything adverse to the lenses? I ordered mine from BKS I believe, and had no issues....
