The 2.5L was bad. I swapped them with the TDI headlights before the buyback and they have also done the same thing but not as extreme. I have been looking for stock replacements but they are $$$.

Very nice. I am pretty happy with the HPS pads I put on last weekend. So much so I have been thinking of doing the fronts as well even though thete is still plenty of life on the stock pads.

Checked my oil today. Still full after 1100 miles. I was thinking I was losing half a quart every 2500 miles. We'll see in another 1000 miles if the oil has gone south on the dipstick.

Also possibly a bent rim. If the rim is bent such that it is slightly warped a lazy tire tech may not notice (or care). You could still balance a taco'd rim.
