I believe these are M6 bolts, the spec calls for 10nm for m6 bolts (approximately 7.5 ft/lbs)

so I removed the bumper skin an my paint guys did an awesome job on the paint and repair.

So I reassembled the car, with an added lower grill screen to stop rock damage to the A/C evaporator.

twin tubes generally provide a nicer ride but become more susceptible to foaming and over heating (if your racing). Monotubes are by nature a little bit of a harsher ride

I removed the bumper cover last night and the R's bumper cover is indeed a PP + EPDM TD (a blend of polypropylene with unvulcanised ethylene propylene rubber/elastomer) Thank you Tony48!

the adhesives and paint bonding preps are very different, I didn't want to pull the bumper and then have to wait a week for materials.

G12 or G13 coolant?

My 2013 R manual says to use G13 coolant, the overfill reservoir is marked G12. (engine code CRZ) Has anyone else run across this? what is the VAG official line on this?

It's still your clutch, R's are notorious for this. It's not about clutch material, the pressure plate lacks sufficient clamping force. The more it slips, the more it'll glaze the surface of the DMF....

I guess it depends on what color your car is, the clear lenses look great on the Candy White, I used a smoke tint on my Carbon Steel, there are red and blue tints too, and solid paint is an option.

most of the cam follower failures have been with modified HPFPs. I think the only way to tell if its modified is to look at the piston, otherwise most of the HPFP upgrades are done to the OE Hitachi...

happens alot, most people go to dealer because of the CEL. Easy fix.
