need opinion about leasing

Q822

Ready to race!
Hi guys,

My GTi 2010 is "ordered"...the dealer has ordered one exactly the way I want it and I'm the first one on the list...But I don't know if I should buy it or lease it.

The fact is I change my cars very often.. for example I kept my SRT-4 two years, my audi TT one year and my S4 six months... My Gti 2007 one year in October this year....and I LOVE IT

The next one (GTi 2010) will be a brand new model so I will not want to change it before a new one comes out...So I think a leasing could be a really good idea...MY PROBLEM IS : how long...

1) 2 years : probably too short, after my contract volks will not have a new GTi BUT if the GTI-R or R20 comes out in canada (but I don't think so) I will be able to take this car...

2) 3 years : Volks may be able to sell a new GTi for 2012 but 3 years is short too...

3) 4 years ....I don't think I can keep a car 4 years..even if I like it...

I think the best choice is 3 years because if volks comes with a new Gti in 2012 in Europe...2013 will be the date in canada...so perfect for me...The only way It could be a mistake is if volks bring the R20 in Canada...Or if the new GTi cames out in 2014...I will have a problem between 2013 and 2014 lol

thank for your advice or experience.
