2012 GTI good deal?

What up everyone! Im new to the fourm I just started shopping for my MKVI/ MKVII. Only had my MKIV on CG for 2 days and i just got hit with what i think is a pretty good offer but would like to know what you guys think.

Its going to be my car (the mkiv + cash) hoping around 15k

This is the car im going to be trading for

Transmission: 6-speed manual

VagCom (ECU practical mods):
-Disabled daytime running lights
-Electronic Differential Lock (XDS) Strength: 2 (High)
-Lock/Unlock Confirmations: disabled lock beep, not every model has this feature
-Fogs with High Beams: fogs stay on even with high beams
-Emergency Brake Flashing: both blinkers flash when you brake hard
-Steering Wheel Push-To-Talk Button as Mute: deactivated annoying loud lady, change back for voice commands
-Disable ESP: fully disables ESP when button is long-pressed after beep notification
-Roll Up/Down with Key
-Gauge Cluster Staging a.k.a Gauge Sweep when ignition
-Foglight Assist: if fogs are off, the foglight on the side to which
the car turns goes on. Also activated by blinker if the lights are on.
-Car has hill assist, meaning if you're up hill or downhill and release the brake, the car is still in "break mode" for 2 seconds to give you timeto actuate the accelerator.

APR Stg 1&2 Flash: stock, 91, 93, 100 programs + anti-theft.
Up from stock 200hp to anywhere from 250-270hp depending on what fuel/program you're on. Very responsive.

Upgraded exhaust (all stock exhaust included in sale) Discrete tone.

Upgraded air filter (stock box used)
Forge Diverter Valve Spacer (stock bolts included should you wish to remove, ~10mins)

Front: air lift performance series
Rear: air lift double bellow
Shocks: air lift slam series
(all stock front struts and rear shocks and springs included)

Compressor: viair 444c
Lines: 3/8"
ECU: AccuAir e-level with remote
Manifold: Accuair VU4
Tank: 5 Gal. side mounted
(I have stock trunk foam liner with widow maker, etc.. inclueded)

Ziza yellow fogs
Yellow lamin-x fogs + side mirrors
(I have stock white bulbs included)
Rolled fenders

Usage details:
Some clear coat peeling from rock chips on front bumper corner on the driver's side.
The five symmetrical spots on the front bumper are license plate screw holes.

Redline Synthetic Oil every 4k and VW OEM oil filter every oil change.

AND this is what my MKIV has

Alternator and battery were replaced (Alternator is a high amperage upgrade)
Timing belt and water pump service were done at 110k
Tires have %50 tread
Oil was changed 500 miles ago with Castrol gtx synthetic oil
The interior:
Audi TT aluminum pedal set
Razo carbon fiber shift knob
VW R-Line rubber floor mats
3 matching Autometer Sport Comp Ultra-Lite guages to monitor oil pressure/boost/air fuel
All back windows and moon roof tinted with %5 visibility (Limo tint)
2011 JBL Head with I-Pod interface and MP3 unit with Alpine 75watt x4 amplifier powering alpine type X components
The Exterior:
18x8 (front) 18x9 (rear) Raderwerks M-TEN 85 staggered with 3 inch lip in rear and 1.75 inch lip in the front
Kamei badgeless front grille
ECS Tuning smoked tail lights
ECS Tuning smoked side markers (turn signal light) in fenders and in front bumper
The Suspension and Drivetrain:
Sachs power clutch with 14lb aluminum flywheel
Zimmerman cross drilled rotors all the way around with Akebono ceramic pads all the way around

I don't know man .. I wouldn't get rid of that sweet MKIV.
With all the goodies or not.
You'd have to be giving me something a lot better than a modded MK6 if it were me.
