These have been out for years...check here & golfmkv for reviews

Every review: "ride like butter" (in a good way)
Not the lowest, but go decently low....like 2"-2.5"
Definitely a street coilover, not track oriented
I've never seen the spring rates published....they're progressive springs

I understand rates are:

Front: 350 lbs
Rear: 190 lbs
