Well my car is pushing 130k miles without a tensioner update, leaking rear seal, needing the carbon cleaning, on its 3rd intake manifold, and needing a suspension refresh.

How long has rear seal been leaking? Jay745 can help you out with a lot of these things.

Not sure. Also needs a new oil pan too. Which I can do myself.
