It's for the front two, this is the product: http://www.tyrolsport.com/braking/tyrolsport-brake-caliper-stiffening-kit-for-vw/audi/

From Tyrolsport's site: "One kit will cover both front calipers only. The rear brake calipers are a different design and do not need modification."
