Upgrade stock MK6 GTI brakes

My brakes and pads are ready for new. While I'm sort of happy with the stock performance, is there anything better I can put in without changing anything.
I was looking at the MK6 R brakes and they seem bigger, would stock ones fit?

Also, not sure if changing from stock would void my extended VW warranty?

Open to other suggestions too.

just switch to stoptech street pads. theyre not much more and noticeable improvement

I switched to Stoptech street pads, slotted rotors, and brake stiffening kit. Since I did these all at once I don't know how each one feels on it's own but I definitely like the improved stopping power and pedal feel.

The Tyrolsport brake stiffening kit made a very noticeable difference in brake pedal feel. One of my favorite under $100 mods.

The Stoptechs are better pads bud they sure dust a lot more.
