Unusual Start up RPM?

Hey Guys,

Recently when I start my gti rpm goes to about 1100 and reduces to 700 rpm.
Which itself is normal.
However it used to reduce smoothly,
Now it kind of ticks down, see here:

I recently changed chain tensioner and serpentine belt tensioner,
I don’t see how this could cause this without causing even more errors.

Anyone have any ideas on what this can be?

Carbon build up?

Mine used to do that then it started rough idle at cold start. Then I started getting p2015 cel. Went away after carbon clean.

Decarb was done 8k miles ago when manifold was changed.

When was last time plugs were replaced or how many miles are on current ones?

Plugs and ignition coils changed 1.5k ago. Basically new.
The problem went away, was only present for one day after I changed chain and belt tensioner.
