My wife's Tiguan (2012 SE with Sunroof and Navi) tells the artist / song in the radio screen when streaming music thru Bluetooth (iPhone 4 using Pandora or her own music) and also she can use her steering wheel controls to change songs. My GTI only say "Bluetooth Audio" and NO steering wheel capabilities

The 9wz Bluetooth module (which is what that website seems to be selling) has this. IIRC the text message feature only works if you use a GSM carrier (AT&T or T-Mobile in the US) and if your phone supports it.

I wonder if I can enable my RNS 510 to do that. My 12 has voice command for the deck functions as well.
