So, 3 of mine just fell out because I used to be a herp derp when putting my wheels back on. I should be dead. LOL
Damm, I felt so sketched out just missing the one. That's scary shit!

I saw no evidence that it was done intentionally.
Do other damage to the car.
I just thought I was missing a cap, and really didn't even look closely at it.
I kind of dismissed it, and figured I'd get a new one when I brought the car in for service.
It was only when the service interval rolled around that I noticed that it wasn't just the cap, but the lug as well.

My left cover went missing last year but my dealer wouldn't give me a new one under warranty even though its a stupid design, so I had to buy one.

I know you can fix them so you don't loose them if they fall off.
