i would try carefully with my hand from behind to start with, then i might think about paying someone. they look like they might just pop out.

My dent doctor is good but he always warns of double layer areas or seams.
They are more difficult to do as when you hit the back you aren't hitting through to the front because of the double layer.
Not impossible, but often times not as effective.
