Anyone have this happen? Not sure how to fix it. Chrome nail polish?

I had gotten that on mine, but I've upgraded to the mk7, so we'll see. I just let mine alone, but feeling it there was an annoyance. I guess you could buy the whole knob, but that's likely very expensive.

Mine is starting to do this as well. Someday getting a new knob is on the list now I guess.

BFI has a bunch of options, but they aren't what I'd call cheap.
