FS: Quad Retrofits [PRICE REDUCED]

I'm selling my half complete quad retrofit headlights, nothing is wrong with it just that I don't have time and I need some money because I just finished community college and I'm transferring out of the states. What you'll get is a set of headlights. I have retrofitted half way on the drivers side one and it has two Mini Morimoto H1 projectors in it. The passenger one I have not done anything yet, though it has one projector already retrofitted in the low beam bowl.

Basically this is what is included:

  • 1 driver side OEM VW housing cut opened already with all the bulbs and 2 projectors already mounted
    1 passenger side depo housing not opened yet (can be baked open or heated open with heat gun) with 1 projector already mounted on the low beam bowl
    4 mini morimoto h1 projectors (this is including the other 3 projectors from the two housings already mounted)
    2 6000k H1 bulbs
    2 5000k H1 bulbs
    2 relay harnesses (needed in order to power up the other two ballasts for the projectors in the high beam bowl through the battery)
    2 USP ballasts fully working without a problem

Note: you'll need to buy the other two ballasts in order to finish the quad retrofits and get it to work

price reduced again, just trying to get rid of these. not looking for a profitable gain. if someone is willing to negotiate I'll be happy to negotiate a reasonable shipped price with them.

Just my two cents.. i think if you manage to find the time to finish putting together the set and post up pictures of them installed and working. They'd be much more appealing to possible buyers. Looks interesting but as it stands its too much of a liability to me and a hassle to end up with something that doesn't work right because it wasn't installed properly by either you or the end user. People want a plug and play item. (Don't get me wrong, in no way do I mean this to be a negative.) Just hope this helps. Good luck with the sale!

^ that. the hassle of actually finish this might be turning a lot of people away. it turns me away.

if you can find the time to actually finish the set, the ballasts aren't an issue. i myself would probably pick em up since you're local too
