Hi Speedy624, I see you mean the UK website states 1 year warranty. Yes it's right. Buying from eonon.com website, you'll enjoy 2 year warranty, but buying from UK website, you'll have 1 year warranty.

Hello mates, I was searching for a review of the new GA5153F and came across this group buy which came very handy! :)

I want to replace the factory radio (RCD300 mp3) of my 2008 VW EOS, I believe I won't run into any trouble. It would be great to be able to enter the group buy, EononCarDVD please share which info you need via pm.

P.S. Does anyone know if I need the dual type antenna?

About the antenna, you can just check which type of radio antenna now your current factory radio has. Then this is what you should get for the Eonon unit too, then you can put the comment on the order, cheers!

Hi all,

Received my head unit yesterday. Shipping was incredibly fast - I ordered very late Thursday night, it was shipped Friday and was received in my hands on Monday. I was very impressed and happy with the shipping speed.

Only opened the box and had a quick look - Packed safely with a reasonable amount of protection to keep it safe. The head unit looks and feels quite nice, build quality seems decent so far. The knobs turn well and don't come off when pulled (has happened to me before). The buttons don't have a click to them, they just sorta push in.
It didn't come with any installation instructions except for some cards that say to download an app manual, will look more into that tonight.

Will look at installing it soon and giving more feedback then.

Is there a way to get satellite radio to work on this? Extra module? Also does it work with the OEM style reverse camera?

Hey Georgy, this is something I was looking at resolving my own way, I know you can download the sirius app but that would use wifi aka 3g. but as far a s the OEM camera, this adapter should allow it to plug into the unit, I know the eonon unit has can integration built in but not sure if the 26 pin connector could be wired directly into that unit as converting it is basically what this does
