The DSG burp is so nice to hear.
Just tested a GTI with APR 2+ map.
Only Carbonio and 3" DP is installed and the burp is so there. I have a A3 with K04, 3" DP and Carbonio but can't heat the burp inside the cabin.
Is there any different between the platforms?
I have read about a noise pip on the GTI. Is this reason?

Your A3 probably has more sound deadening material than the GTI.

K04 turbo upgrade cars have a quieter exhaust than stock turbo cars. bigger turbo muffles more. thats why i liked my k04 a lot.

Even though the TSI K04 kit turbo has the muffler machined off? I really can hear the turbo spool but the burp is only notable in tunnels and such

spool is louder. but exhaust tone at tips is quieter.
