Vagcom for rent?

Hey I'm looking to do some basic ECU mods on my MKVI GTI. I'll pay $20 to rent someone's VAGCOM to do them. Not trying anything shady, just pretty much want to turn the damn DRL's off and roll down my windows with the keyfob.
