I'm heading there for work for a few days next week, will have some free time. Anything worth checking out while in town for a few days? I'm not too into the winter sports thing

Not a whole lot because most of the good stuff is outdoors but the Leonardo and natural history museums usually have good exhibits. If you venture out about 30ish minutes to park city they have the Olympic park. I also know tons of good restaurants if you need.
