Before we run through this, do you have a license or have you had any other K04 files? If so, swap back to see if the issues continue. Trust me you will save a lot of time and headaches.

I've re-flashed the base file just to make sure I didn't have any other than the base. The 2 logs you are seeing is after the re-flash I did. That was last week and some < 600 miles ago.
One thing to mention, this is not my original ECM... RGTI and I were talking about the lambda and how for some reason I just dump fuel at the top of 4th gear, which is probably the misfires.

Yeah at the top of 4th gear I am dumping fuel. I'm shooting some decent sized flames.

So what plugs do people prefer for stock mk6 2.0 TSI? between these two options that is:
Spark Plug Recommendations: Stock turbo (no software), Stage 1 through Stage 2+: PFR7S8EG Double Platinum (1675) (gapped at 0.032” from the factory): BKR7EIX Iridium (2667) (gapped at 0.032" from the factory): PS, thank you for the info HYDE16.

They will work for all cars that VagCom will work for.
