Program Description: During the program period, Volkswagen will offer a cash $2,000 bonus to existing TDI owners who purchase or lease a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 model year Volkswagen model.
Eligible Vehicles: All new and unused 2014, 2015, 2016 model year Volkswagen models.
Eligible Customers: All Volkswagen customers who currently own/lease or currently reside with a current owner or lessee of an eligible TDI Volkswagen vehicle. Customers must provide valid identification and proof of current and valid ownership in the form of official provincial/territorial vehicle registration for their current Volkswagen or that of a family member with the same address as on their own current and valid Driver’s License.

- EXISTING owners of MY 2006 to 2016 w/TDI engines, who purchase or lease a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 VW.
- Customers who have purchased/leased a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 VW model but can't get the car due to the Stop Sale on the 2.0 TDI Models but are willing to switch to a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 VW gas model.
- Customers who have purchased/leased a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 VW model before November 3rd, 2015 but can't get the car due to the Stop Sale on the 1.8/2.0 TSI and 3.0 TDI models but are willing to switch to a new 2014, 2015 or 2016 VW gas model.

Also, I was planning on taking the buy-back offer for a manual '16 GTI w/PP in night blue with cloth seats and summer tires. If I do so at the end of June, what are the possibilities of finding a car like that then?

Our law firm is investigating potential claims concerning defective timing chain tensioners on behalf of owners or lessees of any 2008 through 2012 model year Volkswagen or Audi vehicle equipped with a 2.0-Liter TSI engine.
The investigation focuses on whether the timing chain tensioner systems in the affected vehicles are prone to premature failure, which can lead to an inability to accelerate or maintain speed, damage to the timing chain and other engine parts, and/or catastrophic engine failure.
