I'm not sure if this was asked, but I'm at work and going through 12 pages isn't exactly an option. But wouldn't it be even more advantageous to have this intercooler run with the stock intercooler? is there an option to do that with this Intercooler?

No it's not advantageous
There is a system out there like that. The reviews speak for themselves
