That's why I took mine off at 15k miles. I don't think I'll be needing it anyway.

catch cans aren't made to get rid of the carbon build up. they're meant to keep the oil blow by and gases from being sent back into your engine and to keep the intercooler and piping free of oil.

The idea was to make a PCV bypass and collect the oil due to failing PCVs on the FSI motor. The same idea can be applied here, but the TSI PCV is ok for what it does. I think with K04 I've felt the need to get one at times, but thats mostly because my rear PCV hose is leaking on the Stage 2 carbonio pipe. If I fix that, I wouldnt have to look at it.
