I have a set of brand new Solowerks S-1 coilovers for sale. Asking $375 plus shipping. I also have 034 motorsports strut mounts and bearings available for an additional $100 if you don't want to re-use your old ones (Note - I'm not interested in selling those separately).

They do not fit the Golf R.

I really don't know how close to stock height you would get if you spun them all the way up. I would think so but I'm not sure.
