I'm envious that you have access to machine tools. I worked at a machine shop for a while in college and man, I could do anything after work!
Did you have a dogbone insert before moving to the full mount? I'm wondering what your take on NVH is after the install.

Yea shop access helps tremendously when dealing with slightly ill fitted parts.
I did not have a dogbone insert before, did not want to risk pairing it with my worn mounts.

That being said I cannot comment on NVH.
I changed my engine/trans mounts a week ago and that was noticeable increase in Noise, not so much Vibration and harshness.

But since this round I changed struts, springs, and the pendulum mount it is actually less NVH than before.
Probably because my struts were pretty worn and caused a lot of road NVH.

Replaced my scuffed up emergency brake handle.
Got cheap one off eBay, surprised by the initial quality.
Not identical to stock one but actually seems more matched with other interior items like the soft touch surfaces.
Handle is a bit softer than stock as well.

Added some rice to the car with some carbon mirror covers.

Since its the cheap stuff it weighs more than the stock covers lol.
Did it so I could have some matching carbon parts.
I'll be adding a real carbon fiber spoiler to the car soon, just fixing some surface scratches and cracks first.
Got it for quite a good price.

Worst case scenario I'll just paint over the carbon if I dont like.

Added my carbon fiber spoiler that I repaired some cracks and scratches.
Fitment is decent, it lays entirely over the git spoiler and lifts up a bit too much near front top corners but not a big deal for me.
Now Removed because of unsatisfactory fitment, will try to reseat later. From the limited time on my car a new crack has appeared. Will be reinforcing the front lip with epoxy to ensure no new cracks develop when I reinstall.

Had a fun weekend, installed a replacement turbo and an ARM downpipe.
Everything went like butter no problems with install at all, its a nice change for once.

New low mile turbo, my car is a CCTA while turbo is from a CBFA.
No problem at all when paired with aftermarket DP.

Used a bag to catch all the coolant leaking as i didn't have any replacement coolant.
Worked pretty well, used a piece of cloth to catch contaminants when putting it back in res.

Replaced my n75 as well since it was cheap.

One annoying thing was the amount of oil in the DV.
Seemed odd but other forum posts tell me otherwise.
I have a DV+ but may switch to a turbosmart DV so that the plug can be moved to another location and the unit will have better seals compaared to the DV+ rig.
