So for those of you that read my comment on bad experience at City VW for a 2.5hr oil change, their service manager Paldino Buti hit me up and mailed me out $100 check and a free oil change voucher... I'd say that's fair enough?

$100 check or VW credit? Either way, that is the right way to treat a customer!

$100 check and I agree, normally I don't complain about service but Fuck, that was waaaayyyyy too long for an oil change
