Leaking Oil Pan (3000km after oil change)

Hey!

I recently noticed an oil leak in my garage, took the car to my local mechanic, we lifted the car, and he pointed it out the leak is coming from the drain plug. We were even able to tighten the bolt by almost 1/4 of a turn.

Then took the car back to the dealership, I've let them do all the oil changes. And they lifted the car but blamed the oil pan gasket. based on pictures alone, what do you think?

Might've stripped the the drain threads, or it's the wrong plug. I would get a new plug and see if that fixes it... if not, start talking to them about replacing the pan.

Toss in a new OEM crush washer and monitor it. Every time I’ve seen a small leak like that, it’s been the washer
