"Everything must go!" sales incentives

Since the new MK7 is in the horizon, does anyone know if VW is going to be offering up some crazy price reductions/financing offers on the MK6s anytime in the near future?

On the contrary.

We were at the dealership this past weekend getting a CC. Fleet manager said MK6 GTI's are super scarce right now with the production run coming to an end, and they're still in high demand. So it's doubtful.

Just scanned 4 bigger dealers here. 12, 10, 14 and 24 new GTI's on their lots. They all deal on the cars already, so I would think they will move that inventory without issue. When I was buying my R one of them sold 3 of my top choices in 2 days. GTIs move faster.

I would expect dealerships in slower markets to give our "everyday deals" type prices we see in California.

It seems like the R's are not really moving that fast. VW Pasadena has like 5 of them sitting there. But they only have like 3 brand new GTI's.
