I would not care if the speed limit stays the same
but we need to have an autoban style stretch of road that people who want to "concentrate" and take their cars to the limit can. Hy 280 in the bay area was originally planed to be a high speed road, its a large 4 lane highway with smooth transitions. But now its just a CHP hang out to generate state revenue.
