Steering Wheel "catches" while making higher speed left turns.. HELP

Ok, lets start with this: the only thing ive done to the car in the wheel wells are rotor and pad change.

So, while making a higher speed (60 ish MPH) left turn on a highway interchange, when I reach the apex of the turn, the steering wheel will jerk back to the right like it wants to go back straight and the speed decreases very quickly. This happens multiple times during the turn and if I don't have a good grip on the steering wheel, I feel like ill get put into the wall due to the car straightening itself out of the turn.

I have a set of coilovers I want to put on the car but id like to get this taken care of as well due to feeling like it could be come a safety hazard at some point..

Any clues? anything specific top look at/look for? any help is appreciated.

was going to suggest the same thing. Once the car nanny detects wheel spin it'll gently apply the brakes to the side that's slipping to aid with traction recovery... I think

From the 1st time I got my GTI I've turned it off.
