Their only defense and out is "abuse" and they have to prove it. As with all mods, they can't just void the warranty, they have to PROVE the mod caused the damage.
I know fanboys love to think that and it sounds great on the internet but in the real world it's not the case. They don't have to "prove" anything if the failed part is something you've make operate outside of it's original specified range.
